Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Game Dev Assembly. 

Due to the digital nature of our products, all eBook purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. 

We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of compatibility with your device. For UK/EU customers if the content has not been downloaded and you contact support within 14 days then a refund will be processed. 

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at support@gamedevassembly.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Refunds may be issued only in cases where the product cannot be delivered or accessed due to a verified technical problem that cannot be resolved.
