Practical examples you can follow

1

Cinematic Dungeon Lighting Scene

Moody, atmospheric interior powered by Lumen You’ll create a dramatic dungeon interior shaped by real-time global illumination and cinematic atmosphere. In Chapter 1, you learn to control Lumen, emissive lighting, and indirect bounce to build believable contrast and depth. Chapter 2 expands the mood with volumetric fog and light shafts, while Chapters 10 and 11 ensure your scene remains optimized and production-ready.

2

Vibrant Outdoor Market with Dynamic Time of Day

Living, breathing environment design You’ll build a dynamic outdoor marketplace that evolves with changing light and atmosphere. Chapter 1 teaches directional lighting and Lumen workflows for realistic sunlight and shadow behavior, while Chapter 2 refines mood through fog, color grading, and exposure control. In Chapter 6, you explore responsive systems like time-of-day transitions that make environments feel alive.

3

Adaptive Cinematic Cutscene with Branching Logic

Interactive storytelling in Sequencer You’ll learn to craft cinematic sequences that respond to player choice. In Chapter 7, you design high-quality shots using Sequencer, cinematic lighting, and professional rendering workflows. Chapter 9 builds on this foundation with branching logic, Blueprint-driven variations, and gameplay-aware transitions.
